How to Request Account Deletion
Option 1: In-App
- Open the ABX Rider App
- Go to account
- Tap “Delete Account”
- Follow the instructions
Option 2: Via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by contacting us:
info@abxtechnologies.co.uk
Please include:
- Your full name
- Registered phone number or email address
- “Account Deletion Request” as the subject
What Happens When You Request Deletion
- Your account will be deactivated
- Your personal data will be scheduled for deletion
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Profile information (name, phone number, email)
- Login credentials
- App usage data associated with your account
Data That May Be Retained
- Legal obligations
- Fraud prevention and security
- Financial or transaction record-keeping
Processing Time
- Requests are processed within 7–14 days
- You may receive a confirmation once deletion is completed
